2. Service Description

ReservaLocal is a digital platform that allows users to book appointments at local establishments (restaurants, hairdressers, dental clinics, gyms, etc.). We act as intermediaries between the user and the establishment and are not responsible for the final provision of the service.

3. Registration & User Account

• A user account is required to make a booking.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• Using another person's account is prohibited.
• ReservaLocal reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Booking Policy

• Every booking is automatically confirmed upon creation.
• You may cancel a booking at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations are subject to the establishment's discretion.
• Duplicate bookings at the same establishment, date and time are not allowed.
• ReservaLocal does not guarantee real-time availability; the establishment may cancel a booking due to force majeure.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data collected (name, email, phone) is used exclusively to manage bookings and improve the service. It is not shared with third parties without explicit consent. In compliance with the GDPR, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification and erasure by contacting us through the contact form.

6. User Conduct

The following uses of the platform are prohibited:

• Making fake or bad-faith bookings.
• Publishing false or defamatory reviews.
• Attempting to access third-party systems or data.
• Any use that violates applicable law.

7. Amendments

ReservaLocal reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
